II. Symptoms of qi deficiency
1. Tiredness
2. Loose stool
3. Pale complexion
4. sweating with no exertion
5. Abdominal pain during/after menstruation
6. Period is thin and volume is small
7. Etc.

III. Causes
1. Hot food
